Oh gosh, I just realized the drawing is kinda awkward. He's supposed to have a dark underbelly not red. I'll try to get it fixed asap.
P.S. I'l continue adding more stuff to his app as I get more ideas.

Home Description: Rubrum is wanderer. He doesn't stay in an area very long unless there's something that attracts his interest. Though, when left to no options he'll return to his birthcave in a rocky valley, where the sun's rays dare not enter. His birthcave's ground is smooth from the constant little streams that pass. Stalactites and stalagmites protrude out, giving the appearance of a beast's mouth. In the deepest part of the cave, red glowworms thrive. Their network of silky threads give the illusion of a starry night sky.
History : The very first memory Rubrum had of existence was his Vaatu's voice guiding him to the darkness while he was still a hatching. He broke out of an egg inside a in a damp, cold a cave inside the wall of a dark valley, or "Vaatu Valley" as Rubrum calls it. The "shadow serpent" spent the his childhood slithering like a snake and feeding on the small creatures who accompanied him. When he was an adolescent, he realized that the energy he used to move himself off the ground also could be applied to move other objects. Only after he became a full-grown adult, did he have enough courage to venture out of his cave.
The dark spirit had never seen real light until emerging from the valley. Light caused his whole body to sting and flash with pain. It was then, when he found his third ability. Being so accustomed to darkness had given him the power to manipulate it to his will. After some practice, he was able to use darkness as a shield when traveling through light.

Rubrum is sassy and flirty dragon who loves getting into trouble. This often leaves others to get involved into his mischievous games. He's a trickster at heart. Whenever the chance appears, he'll play practical jokes on other spirits. Some get frightened, while most get annoyed. Most spirits perceive him as immature and foolish for his childish sense of humor. Like most things, he doesn't take other's people opinions seriously.
When he's not doing pranks, he's teasing other spirits. His tongue may be sharp as a knife, but it's smooth as honey when it comes to sweet talking. He loves flirting with whomever catches his eye.
Rubrum has a short attention span when nothing interests him. He dislikes being bored, and especially while alone. That's why he's a bit clingy when he finds someone he likes.

Wow, what a beautiful design! ^_^ I like that you have limited his powers with certain things; I like that you've done that since it doesn't make him invincible or anything. Great personality as well; lovely development.
